Nowadays, a worldwide network received a huge spread among people of all ages and social status. Most unemployed are looking for a job through the Internet, waiting for the best vacancy to fit their talents and skills. The development of the project «Uz Vacancy Hunter» is actual, because of the researchers reediness in the organization of summary (CV) documents. The proposed development makes easier the creation of informative documents (CV). Also the creation of the mobile software «Uz Vacancy Hunter» is also expected, allowing efficient use of time and resources of the mobile devices or gadgets.
The process of creating of the CV occurs directly on your mobile device working under the operating system Android, it lets you economize the time and be more mobile. Created in the mobile software, the CV can be published on the «Uz Vacancy Hunter» web page in future, thereby informing the world about itself.
This project allows organizing work with personal tips on entering the University, getting the job, etc. There work is carried out with several templates and lets creating CV “immediately”, send and save the documents in different formats. In prospective, it’s supposed the creation of the unified database resume for job search, training and other jobs in the area . On the hope, the project is a collaboration of the web site and MySQL database with a mobile software «Uz Vacancy Hunter» created on the basis of Android software through Java.
The advantages of the created system:
- Working functional system requires minimal hardware and resource costs , as the development was carried out based on the system Android 2.1., which lets using given software on the budget and have already aged platforms.
- Advantages described above set the target to use as a local version of the software , and the opportunity to output the results in the web . It gave us the independence of third-party systems and resources.
- Convenient, intuitively understood user interface was created with the expectation to an inexperienced user.
- CV can be created in several languages.
It includes several templates of the CV, including “Application” which is used in public institutions.
Software of this work was based on the work of two modules: a mobile software and web service.Software mobile software was based on Java 1.7 with Android emulator 2.3 platform that allows using the software and at the earlier and later versions of the OS. These were used with the expectations of lightness, mobility and the popularity of the given system. Software written in Java differs with fast work and OS independence.
The steps of the research:
- The creating of the structure and the logic of the application;
- The creating of the standard “CV” in different languages;
- The creating of the design and interface software;
- The transitions of the languages standards: the majority variations of the choice like CV on different languages;
- The development of the logic buttons and text fields oriented on the touchscreen;
- Storing the data in support of the library iText 5.3 to PDF;
- Sending the final document “Summary” (CV) in web using file upload a PDF attachment with XML.
The application has been focused on the wide range of users, in connection with which is simple, intuitively understood interface. Graphically design is simple and not distracting, which increases the speed of the software and does not get distracted, has been created by the interface. Implemented 3 buttons allow switching to create the desired section “Summary” in different languages.

Web module has been designed with a focus on the heads of the organizations and HR managers to provide them with «selection field ” potential and prospective employees. Web module was developed by means of PHP, CSS, HTML, and JavaScript.
Steps of web-development:
- Database creating;
- Design and interface software research;
- Preparation of standard templates for CVs;
- Optimization of catalog search;
- Starting server for e-mail support;
- Creating feedback module with the administration service.
The interface will have a minimalistic interface, which is completely focused on the serious user and not burdened by various media. Web service is in testing phase.
In the future, the project will help to find a job without spending much effort looking for work, as well as involves the creation of a unified database of CVs for HR managers and professionals working with the staff.
