ACOUSTIC TRACT OF VIBRO-ACOUSTIC SYSTEM TECHNICAL DIAGNOSTICS THE CUTTING PROCESS

Abstract
The article deals with the creation of a reliable system of technical diagnosis machining process. An analysis of the output parameters of the process, which showed that the vibro-acoustic signal is the most appropriate to select it as a diagnosable as it meets a number of requirements needed to create a system of high precision technical diagnostics. The mathematical description of the acoustic channel can get it a useful component that most accurately reflects the course of the treatment process. A scheme of the sensor to measure the vibro-acoustic emission. It is the most highly accurate, since the vibration signal is removed directly from the cutting area and does not extend completely to the dynamical system of the machine. Industrial testing systems technical diagnostic treatment process showed its high reliability and accuracy.
