IMPLEMENTATION OF AN ACCELERATION FOR STARTER-GENERATOR’S ROTOR OF GASTURBINE POWER PLANT

Abstract
The issue of an acceleration for starter-generator's rotor of a gasturbine power plant is reviewed in this article. The acceleration must provide the operability for gas-dynamic bearings . It is shown that problem can be solved by the introduction of additional control channel for electronic module for commutating windings of the starter-generator. The possibility of a realization of the acceptable acceleration is experimentally confirmed.
