ACTIVE MONITORING AS A BASIS FOR EFFECTIVE MANAGEMENT OF DISTRIBUTED SYSTEMS

Abstract
One of the conditions for effective management of complex systems - permanent obtain information about them. However, a simple monitor does not always ensure the adequacy of controls. Especially this thesis is relevant for systems with a high degree of inertia. It is proposed to use the prediction of the behavior of the control system within the so-called "active monitoring". The proposed approach allows to generate control actions in advance, taking into account the forecast of development of the situation
