THE SYSTEM OF SMS-DISTRIBUTION FOR NOTIFICATION OF THE MINISTRY OF EMERGENCY SITUATIONS EMPLOYEES IN CASE OF OCCURRING EMERGENCIES

Abstract
For notification on mobile communication of The Ministry of Emergency Situations come running to two methods: Cell Broadcast(CBC) and SMS- distribution. Uses of SMS- of distribution for notification of employees or for their urgent call to the place of service not used, as it is considered that a guarantee is not, that a report will be in good time read by a subscriber, also it is sometimes necessary to provide additional secrecy for the separate groups of employees. The system of notification is intended for automation of process of informing of necessary employees of The Ministry of Emergency Situations about important events, accidents, emergency measures, natural calamities, allows to carry out work with confirmation of delivery algorithm of encipherement.
