Abstract
Automobiles may have power nets with two levels of voltage for heavy and light loads.
Bidirectional DC/DC converters are used as auxiliary power supply to step down a higher voltage for light loads and to reverse current flow if needed.
The article analyzes topology of automotive bidirectional DC/DC converters.
