Abstract
This article discusses the basic parameters affecting the degree of dispersion of pollutants within the AML-86. To those parameters assigned parameters related to the type of pollutant emissions and climate-spatial characteristics of the terrain. A detailed analysis of each of the parameters specified legal and technical basis for determining the values for the calculations.
