Abstract
The article discusses the modeling of business processes of the construction company. The results of investigation of financial and economic activities of the organization. Build a functional model of the business processes. Build a simulation model in the software environment Arena, conducted a computer experiment and analyze the results. Recommendations for improving the company's operations and business case made implementation of these recommendations.
