Abstract
Electroencephalography is actively used for monitoring the status of people whose professional activity is associated with extreme loads on the body. The paper describes a way of developing an information system for electroencephalographic studies based portable data collection devices that are connected to the cell phone user, and server processing and analysis of recorded signals. Description of the developed system represented by a set of diagrams, models of language UML 2.0.
