Abstract
This article describes the positive influence of corrosion inhibitors that reduce the negative impact of water used for pressure testing of tanks for storage of concentrated acids, which can lead to the appearance of peptic ulcer and flash corrosion at selected sites, pitting corrosion, or even 100% coverage of the inner surface of the container with a layer of corrosion deposits.
