Abstract
The paper deals with a wide range of phenomenological theories and experimental data on the mechanism of the electrical conductivity of the oxide bronzes proposed as the basis of obtaining a new class of biofunctional nanoparticles with desired electro and photo-absorbing properties. It is supposed to use particles of transition metal oxide bronzes, which have undergone processing in the high-energy powerful planetary mill. The study was supported by RFBR under the research project № 15-42-00106.
Keywords: electronic and ionic conductivity, mechanoactivation, mixed conductors, oxide bronze, photoabsorption, SHS
