Abstract
The heart rate is a simple informative indicator of the physical condition of the person. System for monitoring heart rate-based heart rate monitors is designed to monitor the frequency and rhythm of heart contractions, allowing you to adjust the load on the cardiovascular system during exercise, gives accurate and objective monitoring of well-being; timely diagnosis of diseases of the cardiovascular system and the organism as a whole.
