Abstract
With the development of technology and information technology, scientific progress has made great progress. For data transfer, analysis, and control of facilities used by the signals of complex shape [6-9]. The current state of development of science in this area involves finding new ways of analyzing, classifying, organizing and recognition of signals of complex shape.
