MODULAR MONITORING SYSTEM, DIAGNOSIS AND EVALUATION OF RESIDUAL LIFE ELECTRIC DRIVE

Abstract
This article deals with the formation of the structure of the integrated information-analytical system control, diagnostics and residual life assessment. A modular structure of the system allows you to implement each subsystem independently. The system proposed for the module allows to determine the additional losses in the drive on the basis of the wear and implement load control. This study allows to build a system, implementation of which will reduce the cost of maintenance and repair, as well as to increase energy efficiency of the process.
