ABOUT ONE METHOD OF CLEANING BACKGROUND IN SCANNED DOCUMENTS

Abstract
The article discusses the problem of cleaning of the background in images containing scanned documents. The proposed method is based on the quantitative analysis of color shades of pixels in the image, in which uses the distribution of dots on the shades in the margins of your document. Given two realizations of the described method in practice, the made compared the efficiency of both variants of the method.
