Abstract
The concept of “environmental culture” is difficult to define clearly. Considering various aspects of environmental education, scientists specify the concept, add some aspects, thereby expanding and deepening its definition. Firstly, this helps to define the concept more fully, secondly, if needed, it allows to identify certain characteristic features and, thirdly, makes it possible to trace the relationship to other concepts and categories.
