Abstract
The paper analyzes the influence of modern software in the field of three-dimensional solid modeling on the level of industrial safety of petrochemical plants of the Russian Federation. Applications of automatic design systems for modeling of devices and systems petrochemical industries. A review of the use of SolidWorks software package. It highlighted the need for further development of software support in the field of three-dimensional modeling of hazardous production facilities petrochemicals.
