Abstract
The article deals with a detailed analysis of the availability of the IT infrastructure of CJSC "Yuzhuralavtoban" to the introduction of VOIP telephony, the IP-telephony relevant use, comparison of tariffs of operator’s conventional telephony and VOIP telephony.
