Abstract
Formation of crust harvesting and primary ingot crystallization - the most important task, on the correct implementation of which depends on the further condition for the formation of high-quality billet with the specified parameters. The article selection of the most effective scientific and technical achievements in the study area definition of prior art in this area, as well as identifying trends in the development of the object.
