Abstract
The ostriches eggs incubation in middle 42 days. After transference on 39 days of incubation of party eggs from an incubation closet an incubator to the conclusion the process of leading out of ostriches young lasts from 2 to 5 days, which draws the row of technological inconveniences. It is discovered that duration of embryogenesis depends on mass of incubation eggs. The developed method of book-mark of eggs is on incubation which provides reduction of duration of period of conclusion of party of ostrich`s young to 30 hours.
