Abstract
Nowadays there is a demand for the automatic analysis of users' opinions and assessments of the content of web-sites. Analysis of users' ratings allows you to make quick decisions regarding the management of sales of products and marketing policies of the company.This service is called web analytics. Web analytics - is a measurement, collection, analysis, presentation and interpretation of information about visitors of websites with a purpose of their improvement and optimization.
