Abstract
A system of training and supervising the staff of chemical shops at TPP is developed. The system is designed to develop skills in the operation of equipment for pre-treatment and desalination water at a power plants and fixing the style of thinking required to develop clear and fast reactions in extreme situations that arise in the process of usage the equipment, as well as to simulate emergency situations and find the solutions of solving them.
