Abstract
This article contains the algorithm of modeling the interaction of software manufacturers in the market and its program implementation. The two-stage game is discussed. The difference between the Economides-Katsamakas’ model and the new is that entry on market is analyzed and the non-zero fixed costs are considered. Marginal costs are close to zero. The demand functions of the software are linear. The linear model is used to describe the interaction of software manufactures. Nash equilibrium is applied to finding of optimal prices of the software. The proposed algorithm is implemented in software.
