Abstract
In this subject the development of the project charter for the implementation of computer-aided PCB design system for specific company. The every stage of development will be shown in details, full list of required documents for implementation will be given. Also flow of documents of the implementation process, that includes plan and schedule of the project, resource chart, the charter and all necessary reports.
