Abstract
The article examines the process of creating a relational database , which allows to keep records of customers "Integrated Social Service Center of population" . The article discusses the relevance of the use of databases within a given subject area, conducted social service center analysis and advanced management solution. The models in IDEF1X notation and made ready generation database, ready to be filled. The article also presents the generated reports and the Switchboard form.
