Abstract
In the design of the QS not only need to consider the IT infrastructure of our organization, but also increase the efficiency of its use. In practice, we analyze the process of applying simulation to identify congestion or downtime of our system. Based on the generated report, a comparative analysis with the analytical solution, the result of the work becomes a working model reflects the current state of affairs.
