Abstract
The article describes the study of the sensitivity of the charge coupled device photodetector to the X-ray radiation. Experiments were conducted in which the X-ray radiation is sent to a photodetector in front of which was mounted an object that gives a shadow image. It was evaluated the contrast and the sensitivity of the photodetector to the intensity of X-rays.
